Don has lived the plumbing business for over 60 years. He is our resident expert and go to guru. He actually had to give up his bedroom when a young lad so the business had a home when things were getting off the ground. Don has many stories to regale about his years in the plumbing business - with 60 + years he certainly has some background. Don has been everything from an "unskilled" laborer, to an apprentice, to a journeyman, to a Master Plumber. He even served as a past President of the Plumbing Contractor's Association. His involvement in the industry went far beyond E&M Plumbing. It can easily be said that Don's entire life has been dedicated to plumbing and the industry as a whole. We are very fortunate to have such a person as our president and part of the family to boot and couldn't be prouder! |  | David Downes
Dave is a third generation Master Plumber. Dave earned his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the then named Southwest Missouri State University. He has been involved in the plumbing and construction business his entire life. From going to conventions with his parents and grandparents, to working summers and vacations as a "roustabout", he has dedicated his life t o learning the business from the ground up. From unskilled laborer, to apprentice, to journeyman to Master Plumber - Dave has made plumbing and construction his life's work. | | |  | Danielle Downes
Danielle joined E&M "temporarily" in the fall of 2004 to assist with office duties while Kathleen was out on maternity leave. She did such a great job we never wanted to let her go. Danielle is the glue that holds the office together. Danielle handles day to day invoicing, accounts receivables, job folders, service calls, miscellaneous phone calls to the office, ordering of supplies, timecards and a host of other duties as they crop up. She is the very bright voice (usually) that answers the phone when you call the office. |  | Dan Downes
Dan is a third generation journeyman plumber. He has worked full time in the family business since graduation from high school. Dan prefers working with the tools in the field and has found his niche working particularly with service. |  | Kathleen Downes
Kathleen has been with the company "temporarily" for over 6 six years. Kathleen brings a decade of project management and consulting experience to E&M. Her current role is to provide accounting controls and back office management for any and all business related subjects which can and do include insurance, networking, technical support, union related concerns and overall management of the business. As far as knowing anything about plumbing, don't ask her though!

Andrew joined the business in the spring of 2009. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Personal Financial Management from the University of Missouri Columbia and is also a licensed real-estate agent with Prudential Select Real Estate. His main focus is to provide sales and marketing support to all aspects of the business which include plumbing service & repair, water conditioning & filtration and green solutions for both residential and commercial plumbing. He brings fresh ideas and a strong work ethic to the team. |
